A note from Klaus, Founder
Greetings all from Colombia, this weekend we have the pleasure to bring you EndoCollab and travel updates. This past week, I’ve had the incredible opportunity of meeting up with wonderful Colombian and International gastroenterologists at the Colombian National Congress in Cartagena. Colombia is an amazing country because of its people and its nature. It borders two oceans, has three Andean mountain chains, and the best coffee in the World.
I am proud to see the work of Prof. Claudia Díaz Tobar from Unión de Cirujanos from Manizales and Dr. María Teresa Galeano, who is the founder, leader, and soul of the Latin American Small Bowel Diseases Study Group. The Congress has been a major success. The international guest faculty from USA, Perú, Ecuador, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Mexico, and Portugal enhanced this phenomenal meeting. I’m excited to share this with you to give you an insight into what endoscopists like you are doing in other parts of the world. EndoCollab is an international community and I’m so happy to keep connecting and meeting so many talented endoscopists online and at meetings like this worldwide!
Take care,
Klaus Mönkemüller, MD, PhD, FASGE (USA), FJGES (Japan)
